"This review is more about state farm in general. First they are to expensive. I had them for over 10 years. I never had one discount. I had a clean driving record. Not even a parking ticket. Also during the covid 19 pandemic every other company offered some kind of lower payments or something. Not state farm. I had an issue with a vehicle due to flood damage. The engine needed replaced. At the time I think the car had around 35,000 miles on it. They refused to put in a Mopar certified motor in it. They only wanted to pay for one out of a junkyard. The first one they wanted me to put in had over 150,000 miles on it. I flat out refused it. They found one with lower miles on it and put it in. Took it for a test drive and the motor blew. So they had to buy another one from a junkyard which took awhile. So they bought two junkyard motors. It would have been cheaper to put the original motor dodge wanted to put in. Because they insisted on the junk motor it voided my factory warranty on my car."
